These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BuzzRolls Studio, our software for Adobe Premiere Pro, and the website at buzzrolls.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BuzzRolls ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What BuzzRolls Studio Is

BuzzRolls Studio is an AI editing harness for Adobe Premiere Pro. It has three parts that work together:

• A cloud service (the BuzzRolls Studio server) that exposes editing tools to an AI agent and handles tasks that run outside Premiere Pro, such as transcription and file transfer.
• A plugin that runs inside Adobe Premiere Pro on your computer and carries out editing operations on your timeline.
• Your own AI agent (for example Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or a similar tool that you provide and connect), which directs the editing on your behalf.

You connect your own AI agent to BuzzRolls Studio. The agent reads the available tools, decides what to do, and instructs the Service to act on your Premiere Pro project. Because the agent acts on your behalf, you are responsible for the instructions you give it and the edits it makes.

Third-Party AI Agents

BuzzRolls Studio is designed to be driven by an AI agent that you provide, such as Claude Code (Anthropic) or ChatGPT Codex (OpenAI). We do not provide that agent, and your use of it is governed by the terms and privacy policy of whichever provider you choose. When your agent uses BuzzRolls Studio, your prompts and the contents of tool calls may be sent to that provider for processing. We do not control how your AI provider handles that data, and you are responsible for reviewing and accepting their terms.

You are responsible for any action taken by an AI agent operating under your account, to the same extent as if you had taken the action yourself.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BuzzRolls. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use BuzzRolls. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for a single individual user. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the Service through a single account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Pricing, Billing, and Credits

Subscription

BuzzRolls Studio is offered as a paid subscription, billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Current plans, prices, and what each plan includes are described on our website at https://buzzrolls.com and at checkout. We reserve the right to change our plans, pricing, and features at any time, and any changes will apply to your next billing period.

Credits

Certain tool calls and features rely on third-party AI and processing providers that charge us based on usage. These are paid for with credits. How credits are obtained, what they cost, and which actions consume them are described on our website, at checkout, and in your account dashboard, and may change at any time. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable except as stated in the Refunds section or as required by applicable law, and may expire. We may modify the credit cost of any feature as our underlying provider costs change.

Legacy Plans

If you signed up under a prior plan, your access continues under the terms in effect when you signed up until that plan ends or is migrated. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if BuzzRolls does not save you 5 hours of editing time in your first week of paid use, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first payment. This guarantee applies once per customer, to your first paid period. Except for this guarantee and where required by applicable law, payments and credits are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use and Fair Use

Fair Use Policy

BuzzRolls Studio is driven by an AI agent, so automated and programmatic tool calls are a normal and expected part of using the Service. Your subscription is intended for normal, individual use of BuzzRolls Studio to edit your own Premiere Pro projects. We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on accounts whose usage goes beyond that, including but not limited to volumes of activity far in excess of normal editing workflows, use that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, automated activity unrelated to editing your own projects, or usage patterns that suggest the account is being shared among multiple users in violation of these Terms.

If we determine that your usage exceeds reasonable limits, we may offer you the option to upgrade to a plan that accommodates your usage, or we may suspend or restrict access to your account.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Access the Service through any client other than the official BuzzRolls Studio plugin and server, or attempt to circumvent our billing, authentication, or usage controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Use the Service to create, edit, or distribute content that is unlawful, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

Stock Footage and Licensing

BuzzRolls sources stock footage from third-party providers, currently including Pexels. The footage provided through BuzzRolls is subject to the licensing terms of the applicable stock footage provider.

It is your responsibility to review and comply with the applicable stock footage license for any footage you use. We may add additional stock footage providers in the future, and the applicable licensing terms may vary by provider. We will make the relevant license terms available to you when new providers are added.

We do not claim ownership of any stock footage delivered through the Service. We do not guarantee that any particular piece of footage will remain available through the Service.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

BuzzRolls Studio, including the plugin, the cloud service, the website, our branding, and all associated software, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BuzzRolls. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your video, audio, and project files. We do not claim any ownership of your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, we may collect, process, store, and use transcripts, tool-call data, and media you direct the Service to handle in order to provide, improve, and develop the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The AI agent will make editing decisions, select footage, or modify your timeline in a way that is appropriate, accurate, or suitable for your specific use case
• Stock footage will always be available or meet particular quality standards
• The Service will be compatible with all versions of Adobe Premiere Pro or with any particular AI agent

BuzzRolls Studio makes changes directly to your Premiere Pro project, and AI agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing all edits made through the Service, and for reviewing all footage inserted by the Service, before publishing or distributing your content. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your projects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuzzRolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of or damage to your project files, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and whether a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzRolls and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, instructions you or your AI agent give to the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including stock footage licensing terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or systems, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is required.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, United States.

If you are located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
