These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BuzzRolls plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro and the website at buzzrolls.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BuzzRolls ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BuzzRolls. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use BuzzRolls. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for a single individual user. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the Service through a single account. Multi-user access is available through our Agency plan.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial of the Service. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the subscription plan you selected.

You may cancel your trial at any time during the 7-day period at no cost.

Subscription Plans

BuzzRolls is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, features, and plan details are listed on our website at https://buzzrolls.com. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect your current billing cycle. You will be notified in advance of any price changes that affect your subscription.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if BuzzRolls does not save you 5 hours of editing time in your first week of paid use, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first payment. This guarantee applies to your first paid billing period only.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Cancellation of an annual plan takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. Refunds for annual plans are not provided after the first 30 days, except as required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use and Fair Use

Fair Use Policy

Plans described as "unlimited" are intended for normal, individual use of the BuzzRolls plugin within Adobe Premiere Pro. We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on accounts that exhibit usage patterns consistent with automated, bot-driven, or programmatic access rather than normal human editing workflows. This includes but is not limited to abnormally high volumes of API requests, scripted or automated interactions with the plugin, or usage patterns that suggest the account is being shared among multiple users in violation of these Terms.

If we determine that your usage exceeds reasonable limits, we may offer you the option to upgrade to a plan that accommodates your usage, or we may suspend or restrict access to your account.

Stock Footage and Licensing

BuzzRolls sources stock footage from third-party providers, currently including Pexels. The footage provided through BuzzRolls is subject to the licensing terms of the applicable stock footage provider.

It is your responsibility to review and comply with the applicable stock footage license for any footage you use. We may add additional stock footage providers in the future, and the applicable licensing terms may vary by provider. We will make the relevant license terms available to you when new providers are added.

We do not claim ownership of any stock footage delivered through the Service. We do not guarantee that any particular piece of footage will remain available through the Service.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The BuzzRolls plugin, website, branding, and all associated software, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of BuzzRolls. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your video and audio content. We do not claim any ownership of your videos, audio, or project files. As described in our Privacy Policy, we process transcripts of your audio solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

You are responsible for reviewing all footage inserted by BuzzRolls before publishing or distributing your content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuzzRolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and whether a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzRolls and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including stock footage licensing terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or systems, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is required.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, United States.

If you are located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
